    Description

    Here is another nice glass piece for your collection - a vintage nut grinder, complete with the plastic top. This one works by putting the nuts into the jar, then turning it upside down and turning the crank. The chopped nuts fall into the measuring top, up to 2 tablespoons, and then you can shake them out through the orange plastic thingy on top! It's ingenious and it works.  The fluted glass jar is marked on the bottom "Federal Tool Corp CHICAGO" (hard to photograph). There is some loss of the orange paint on the lid, consistent with age and use, and there are no cracks or chips in the glass. Pleas review all photos as part of the description. This has been in my collection for 30 years, and I am passing it along at a bargain price for you to enjoy!
